My Story
My journey with trees began as a child, climbing into their branches to find a quiet refuge above the world. Suspended between earth and sky, I felt like i was in my safe space, playing my GameBoy, waiting for Mom or Dad to get home. Those early moments ignited a lifelong passion for understanding and caring for trees—an inspiration that has grown with me ever since.
Connection
Years later, that spark grew into a calling. At Fleming College, I immersed myself in the study of Ecosystems Management and Urban Forestry, graduating with honors in both fields. My education wasn’t just academic—it was a revelation. I learned how trees breathe life into our world, even in the harshest urban landscapes, and how humanity and nature can coexist sustainably.
Awakening
I threw myself into the work, volunteering with conservations, crafting invasive species management plans, and even teaching others by creating course content for Fleming College. But something was missing. Working for others, I felt disconnected from the roots of my passion. I knew I was capable of more.
Sanctuary
When life demanded a change, I took the leap. I left a demanding job that didn’t feed my soul and started Tree Tech Solutions. It was a risk, but it was also freedom—freedom to pour my heart into what I love most. Now, every day is an adventure. I wake up excited to care for trees, empower my clients, and restore the balance between nature and the spaces we call home.
